We read what you've sent and consider whether an audit makes sense for your situation. Within one to two business days, you'll hear back with either an invitation to talk more or a note explaining if we think the timing isn't right for you.

We agree on what will be audited and what access we'll need. This is documented clearly before anything starts. No surprises about what we're looking at.

We go through your pipeline using the process described on the How It Works page. Documentation review, live observation where possible, analysis, and finding development.
